I continued painting, and the content that emerged remained intense. I still felt like it reflected something deeply personal, while also speaking to the broader trauma within society.

At times, love, pride, and joy emerged, bringing me a sense of hope.

Sometimes I found the energy to paint again.

On the French Riviera, I briefly felt at peace. I saw again that my work was reflecting not only my own mood but also the energy of the social and natural surroundings.
